Pumps:
 

AV pump: used for conveying the coarse and fine ash in the coal economizer, air pre-heater and electrostatic dust catcher, etc.

MD pump: used for conveying the coarse and fine ash in the electrostatic dust catcher, etc. It is particularly used for long-distance conveying, as it consumes less gas compared to the AV pump for the same distance.

D pump: used for conveying the coarse ash and limestone powder in the coal economizer and granules such as slags in the circulating fluidized bed.

PD pump: used for conveying the coarse and fine ash in the electrostatic dust catcher and the ash mixed with the coarse ash in the air pre-heater and coal economizer etc.

TD pump: used for conveying the coarse and fine ash in the electrostatic dust catcher and the ash mixed with the coarse ash in the air pre-heater and coal economizer etc. It is applicable to the long-distance transport of a great quantity of ash.

rotofeed: Based on its unique design of rotary feed, it can provide both the single-point and multiple-point jetting with high jetting precision, featuring a great transport capacity that conveys materials for over a thousand meters, and attains a system utilization rate as high as above 99%. It can directly inject materials to the pressurized environment and bear the ultra high back pressure. The whole system adopts the closed environment-friendly design to avoid the dust leakage.
